About

My name is Natalie Jacques, MS, LCMHC

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a therapist who believes in the power of authentic connection, collaborative healing, and the courage it takes to begin the journey toward change. With extensive experience working alongside children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where growth can happen at any stage of life.

My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether we’re working individually, as a family, or in a group, my goal is to help you develop practical skills to navigate life’s stressors, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with yourself.

I view therapy as a process of healing, rebuilding, and creating a new path—one that truly works for you. I believe we all have the capacity for self-actualization and the ability to accept ourselves fully—quirks and all.

A Little About Me

As a military kid, I grew up in a world of constant change—new homes, new schools, and new communities were a regular part of life. Each move brought challenges and opportunities, and it was through these transitions that I first discovered the power of adaptability, resilience, and human connection. Watching my father serve in the military and my mother navigate the ever-shifting role of a military spouse gave me a deep appreciation for the emotional strength it takes to support others while managing your own journey. Their influence—and the experiences we shared—planted the seed for my path toward becoming a therapist.

My practice is rooted in honoring those experiences: the in-betweens, the adjustments, the quiet resilience we develop during life’s many transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and grounded through whatever season they’re in.

Outside the therapy room, I find balance and inspiration through yoga, hiking, cooking, and exploring. I’m a passionate foodie who loves discovering new flavors and local gems—especially along the stunning New England coast and mountains. Time with family and friends is deeply important to me, and I believe in the healing power of connection—not just in therapy, but in everyday life.
